This interactive workshop offers space for a practical exploration of the Framework for Integrated Care (FfIC), a trauma-informed, relationship-based approach to supporting young people with complex needs. Participants will engage with the six key principles of the framework and explore real-world examples of how services across sectors have implemented FfIC in practice.

The session will highlight common challenges, leadership insights, and creative solutions that have emerged through implementation. Attendees will be invited to reflect on their own local contexts and collaborate in small groups to consider how services might be aligned with FfIC principles to promote more integrated, consistent and compassionate care.
