In this session, the importance of committing to measurement in building and implementing the Ontario Intensive Treatment Pathway will be discussed. In addition, the way information/data captured through measurement are used to promote attainment of quality targets will be discussed. Other factors, such as the need for champions and leadership, will also be discussed.
