This workshop will focus on the strategy and design process used to develop and implement the Provincial Autism and Mental Health Training Program. This workshop will provide an:

•    Overview of the project goals, objectives & outcomes  
•    Outline the project design and implementation process; highlighting key successes and lessons learned including the Francophone strategy and strategic partnerships.      
•    Outline strategies used to engage both the CYMH and Autism sectors and those with lived experience in meaningful ways throughout the project’s implementation. 
 
This workshop will be beneficial for professionals who are leading or supporting local, regional, and provincial projects, initiatives, partnerships and/or collaborations.
