1Call1Click.ca was launched in May 2021 and has supported over 18,000 children youth and their families from Eastern Ontario to connect with community-based Mental Health, Addictions, and Substance Use Healthcare (MHASUH) using a stepped care approach. In this workshop, we discuss why the program was developed, how it was implemented, how it operates, and the outcomes observed through to the end of 2023. Our findings indicate that the need for child and youth MHASUH services are significant and growing by approximately 20% per year; over 75% of clients are assessed as having moderate or higher levels of need. 1Call1Click.ca also appears to be meeting its goal in reaching traditionally disadvantaged populations. We conclude with an overall discussion of the service, the extent to which it is achieving its goals, and potential use in other Ontario regions.
