Floydeen Charles-Fridal is a change agent who, for the last 35 years, has demonstrated her commitment towards improving the lives of others through her work in the community. Floydeen is committed to building the capacity of Black Led, Black Serving and Black Mandated charitable organizations towards financial sustainability and economic independence. Her years of working with non-profit organizations has resulted in the development of social and health services programs, strategic business and operational planning, program implementation and operations primarily for equity deserving populations. She is currently the Es Executive Director at CAFCAN Social Services.
