Stefanie Smith has been working in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis for 26 years. Her career started as the Ontario Autism Program was emerging, her front-line work with young kids with ASD laid the foundation and motivation for her career. Stefanie focused on ASD specific roles for the first portion of her career, working in family homes, clinic settings and schools.
