David O'Brien is the Director of Mental Health at Yorktown Family Services, a child and youth mental heath centre in west Toronto. He has supported the development of several innovative programs in the city of Toronto, including the What'sUp Walkin and most recently the Estimated Time of Arrival program, which serves young people at risk of perpetetrating hate targeted violence.
