Elina is the Director of the Community Clinic at the George Hull Centre for Children and Families, a community-based children's mental health agency in Toronto. She has worked with children and families for 16 years and has extensive clinical experience with a focus on treating developmental trauma and relational difficulties. Elina is certified in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy and trained in EMDR, Theraplay, and numerous other modalities. She is certified by the Adoption Council of Ontario as an adoption competent mental health practitioner and previously worked as a lawyer at the Children's Aid Society of Toronto from 2002 until 2010.
