Tanya Eichler is a psychotherapist specializing in early childhood trauma, attachment complexities, FASD, and related neurodiversities. As an adoptee, she brings deep empathy and understanding to the journeys many youth and families navigate. Trained in DDP, Polyvagal Theory, and NVR, Tanya supports families experiencing AFCCA and other complex situations. She previously served as an FASD Key Worker in British Columbia, helped launch Ontario’s Fetal Alcohol Resource Program, and is a founding practitioner of the Ottawa Center for Attachment & Trauma Therapy. Tanya now works with adoptive families in her Ottawa practice and is a mother and stepmother.
