Ruchika Suri, MA, is a Research Coordinator at the Family Navigation Project at Sunnybrook, where she plays a key role in advancing research that strengthens mental health and addictions navigation for equity-deserving youth and families across the GTA. She supports analytical work that identifies service gaps, uncovers system inequities, and informs improvements in youth pathways to care. With a background in Child and Youth Studies and training in children’s rights and qualitative research, Ruchika is committed to centering youth experiences and shaping timely, culturally responsive, and accessible mental health supports for marginalized young people and their families.
