A playwright, director, and registered psychotherapist whose work bridges art, healing, and advocacy. She has worked in the fields of mental health, trauma, and addictions since 2007 and currently serves as a DEI Manager at a local hospital. Colleen uses theatre and expressive arts to illuminate the realities of Black mental health and promote culturally rounded healing. A recipient of the 2025 Mississauga Arts Council Matchmaker MicroGrant, she is producing a documentary exploring Black mental health and creative recovery to help communities reclaim, retell, and restore.
