Shona is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst and Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ontario). Shona has worked with Children and Youth with autism for over 20 years and has provided consultation and support to many children and youth with autism and complex mental health; their families and surrounding professionals. Shona is passionate about the integration of Applied Behaviour Analytic and Mental Health supports to inform optimal treatment outcomes for clients and their care-teams and is committed to advocating for an interdisciplinary approach to care.  Shona currently oversees ABA implementation for Urgent Response Service (URS) across York, Simcoe, Durham, and HKPR regions.
