Karli is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and Registered Behaviour Analyst with a masters degree in Applied Disability Studies, specializing in Applied Behaviour Analysis. In her role as a Behaviour Consultant with Urgent Response Services, Karli works closely with other professionals, including Mental Health Consultants, to support a multidisciplinary approach to stabilizing high risk behaviours in youth with autism. Karli is passionate about working collaboratively with families and youth to understand family values and align treatment goals accordingly. Karli appreciates the significance of bringing the client’s voice to the forefront of the treatment plan to maximize efficacy with goals.
