Vicki brings over 25 years of experience as a Child and Youth Care Practitioner, supporting diverse families and helping navigate systems. She has represented the family voice in provincial initiatives, co-developed the Quality Standards for Family Engagement, and is passionate about family engagement, advocacy, and integrating peer support in healthcare.
