Purnima is the Managing Director of the Lead Agency Consortium, a network of CEOs and Executive Directors of Ontario’s child and youth mental health lead agencies working towards high-quality, evidence-based serivce delivery and system change. She has over 25 years of doing community-based program evaluation and research, implementation and knowledge mobilization in health and social services; infant, child and youth mental health; and race/equity. Purnima is Adjunct Research Professor in the School of Social Work at Carleton University and an Instructor in the Knowledge Mobilization Certificate Program at the University of Guelph.
