Ravneet Kaur (she/her) is a youth mental health advocate who takes inspiration and motivation from her lived experiences to bring forth meaningful change. She is passionate about making the mental health care more accessible, equitable, and responsive to youth needs. Ravneet serves as a Provincial Youth Advisor with YWHO and is a member of the CMHO New Mentality Youth Action Committee. She is also an Assistant Manager at the Queen’s University's Peer Support Centre, where she is pursuing her undergraduate degree in sociology. Ravneet is dedicated to amplifying youth voices and strengthening youth leadership at a system level.
