Nakita Sunar is a Clinical Practice Lead at YWHO’s Provincial Office, dedicated to improving youth mental health and wellness across Ontario. She provides clinical coaching, advances measurement-based care, and supports implementation across YWHO hubs. Nakita brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work, shaped in part by witnessing the impacts of substance use and the opioid overdose crisis in her communities. This perspective fuels her commitment to equitable, effective mental health resources and systems. Nakita’s intention is to elevate clinical practice across YWHO hubs so youth receive timely, impactful care when and where they need it.
