Gillian Gray is an innovative mental health leader with more than a decade of experience designing and managing family mental health services. Her work spans multiple areas of the mental health sector including community services, public education, research, and policy.

In her current role as Parent and Caregiver Engagement Lead at School Mental Health Ontario (SMH-ON), Gillian leads the development and implementation of evidence-informed mental health resources for parents and caregivers of K-12 students. She works closely with parents and caregivers, school districts and community organizations across the province to support parent and caregiver mental health literacy and engagement.
