Sarah is a manager at Children’s Centre Thunder Bay, committed to equity and social justice. With 15 years of experience in child welfare she understands the impact of individual and systemic racism and the disproportionalities and disparities that negatively impact Indigenous, Black, and racialized people.

As a woman of south Asian ethnicity, born and raised on the traditional territory of the Anishinawbe (Thunder Bay) Sarah is dedicated, motivated, and passionate about leading equity and anti-racism work within organizations.
