Sue Kennedy is the Executive Director of the Phoenix Centre for Children and Families, Lead Agency for CYMH serving Renfrew County. Sue is currently supporting several CYMH system improvement activities in collaboration with local, regional, and provincial service providers. Leveraging the Kids Come First Network and through the implementation of 1Call1Click, the Phoenix team have integrated the HEADS-ED and HEADS-ED 0-6 screening tools to improve local care pathways and guide clinical decision-making.
