A lifelong advocate for youth mental health, Cath founded The New Mentality (TNM) in 2007. She later became the first Director of Development at Stella’s Place, helping to build an innovative young adult mental health centre in Toronto. Since 2022, she has served as an adult ally to TNM’s Rainbow Connections program. When she’s not supporting youth, she advises nonprofits on sustainable fundraising strategies and studies and practices meditation.
