Jo Lam (she/her) is an Implementation Consultant at the Knowledge Institute on Child and Youth Mental Health and Addictions, and is a RTRC coach supporting Child and Youth Mental Health and Addictions organizations in Ontario. She holds a Master of Public Health and she helps organizations to turn evidence, policies, and emerging practices into real-world programs by guiding planning and strategy, co-designing pathways, developing implementation resources, and supporting teams to adopt and sustain change across integrated systems of care.
