Speaker Bio
Jeff Warner is a parent of three children, all of whom have experienced significant mental health challenges. Nearly ten years ago, Jeff and his spouse Holly started the Guelph PCMH group after experiencing the isolation that can come with parenting children through acute mental health crises, situations that were difficult for their family and friends to fully understand. Through PCMH, Jeff found connection and grounding while navigating the complex journey of raising children living with bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, gender identity challenges, and other mental health conditions, helping his family not only survive but begin to heal and thrive. Jeff is a member of CMHO’s Family Partnership Council and has served on the CPRI Family Advisory Council for seven years. He continues to support, mentor, and advocate for families from diverse backgrounds through PCMH and through his work as a teacher and Program Coordinator for Equity and Inclusion in Guelph, Ontario.
