Debbie Dixon, CYW, is Client Services Manager at Compass, the lead agency for child and youth mental health in Sudbury and Manitoulin, and a recent member of the organization’s leadership team. With over 24 years of frontline clinical experience, she has worked closely with youth and families while contributing to the development of responsive, community-based programs.

Debbie has significant experience leading teams and enhancing access to services through initiatives such as the Youth Wellness Hub and other community-based programs. She is a strong advocate for a wraparound approach to care, emphasizing the importance of supporting the whole family system rather than focusing solely on symptoms.
