Cindy is the Manager for the 1Call1Click.ca regional coordinated access and navigation program. She has worked at CHEO Mental Health for 18 years in various capacities, such as the Team Leader of Centralized Mental Health Intake and System Navigator for Project ECHO® Ontario CYMH. She has extensive mental health experience in working with community partners, families and high risk youth and holds a Lean Healthcare Green Belt certification. Cindy has a passion for quality improvement and connected care which lead to her involvement in the establishment of the 1Call1Click.ca Program.
