The The Westin Ottawa is approximately 15.0 KM from Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport. Please note that this airport does not provide shuttle service.

Yes. If you’d like to arrive up to three days before or stay up to three days after the Symposium, you can request your extended stay directly through the booking link provided. Please note that pre- and post-Symposium nights are subject to hotel availability.

No, the Symposium is designed as a continuous two-day experience with sessions that build on one another. Attending for only one day means you’ll miss key insights, discussions, and context that are essential to the full picture and value of the event. To get the most out of the knowledge being shared and the connections being made, we strongly encourage full participation across both days.

We strongly recommend purchasing your ticket in advance, as on-site availability cannot be guaranteed. The Symposium has limited capacity and may sell out before the event. Buying early not only secures your spot but also ensures access to discounted rates.

If you need to cancel your registration, a refund will be issued minus a 10% administrative fee per registration, provided that written notice is received by Thursday, October 23, 2025.

No refunds will be granted after Wednesday, October 29, 2025, but we will accept a substitute attendee if we receive a written note from the original registered attendee stating their intention to transfer registration to a named individual.

Requests for cancellations, substitutions, or refunds must be received in writing and submitted to info@lomaagency.com.
 
NOTE: If you cancel or transfer your event registration, it is your responsibility to update or transfer any hotel reservations directly with the hotel.
