With a goal of better outcomes, advancing equity, and building a stronger child and youth mental health and addictions system, the conference convenes leaders with a shared goal of improving the health and well-being of young people and their families, including youth and families with lived expertise. The 2026 CMHO Conference provides an opportunity to highlight innovative and evidence-based practices, share knowledge and experience, and build on our collective efforts to prioritize improving outcomes for infants, children, youth, and families.

We recommend purchasing your ticket in advance to ensure access to the Conference, as this event has a limited capacity.

If you must cancel your registration, you will be refunded the amount less a 20% handling fee per registration, provided that written notice of cancellation is received by Monday, March 23, 2026. From Tuesday, March 24, 2026 until Sunday, April 12, 2026, 50% of the paid ticket price will be refunded. No refunds will be granted after Sunday, April 12, 2026, but we will accept a substitute attendee if we receive a written note from the registered attendee stating his or her intention to transfer registration to a named individual.

Requests for cancellations, substitutions, or refunds must be submitted via this form.

NOTE: If you cancel or transfer your event registration, you are responsible for updating or transferring your own hotel reservations directly with the hotel.

In the unlikely event Children’s Mental Health Ontario (CMHO) needs to cancel the CMHO 2026 Conference, paid registration fees will be fully refunded. CMHO's liability is limited to the return of these fees.
