This plenary features a panel of experts, partners and leaders exploring what it means to take a systems approach to priorities and provincial work and collaboration.

As we unpack provincial system design, improvement and transformation initiatives, we invite the audience to consider the theme of interwoven and a future system where services, sectors, and lived experience respond  to meet the needs of infants, children, young people and their families more seamlessly and equitably.

This panel will include voices from system leadership and thinking to highlight real-world examples of the beginning stages of system initiatives and to consider what it takes to build partnership, coordination, and collective effort. Together, panelists will examine both the current strengths and the ongoing gaps in collaboration across care pathways and unpack what it takes to move from fragmentation to truly connected & coordinated approaches.
