Mark Fraser is CEO of Compass, the lead agency for child and youth mental health in Sudbury and Manitoulin. A registered psychotherapist with over 20 years of clinical and leadership experience, he holds graduate training in applied psychology researching the development of executive functions. Mark’s expertise includes quality assurance, system management, and data-driven decision-making. He co-chairs the provincial Lead Agency Consortium and Quality Standards Advisory Committee for Live-In Treatment, and serves on the Ontario Intensive Treatment Pathways Steering Committee, shaping policies and standards to advance intensive mental health services for children and youth across Ontario.
