Eliezah Titus Busonga, MD, is a physician and community mental health strategist whose work focuses on culturally responsive system design for Black/African/Caribbean and newcomer youth. As Executive Director of the Ontario Integration Initiative, he leads multi-sector collaborations that integrate clinical care, social supports, community expertise, and arts-based engagement methods. Dr. Busonga brings deep practical experience working with youth, families, and frontline partners, and contributes lived expertise as a newcomer. His work bridges clinical knowledge, community organizing, and equity-driven co-design approaches that strengthen mental health access and service transformation in the Peel and Greater Toronto regions.
