Jodelle Maksymchuk is a Registered Psychotherapist and Clinical Manager at FIREFLY in Northwestern Ontario. Her work is rooted in more than fifteen years of frontline and leadership experience with youth and families across the North, and in the belief that meaningful care in rural and remote communities comes from collaborating with the people it serves. As a leader, she focuses on developing innovative, family-centered programs and strengthening collaboration across systems. She co-developed the Middle Path Club as a locally grounded model shaped by the realities of northern youth and families.
