Josée Bélanger is a Director of Services at NEOFACS, overseeing Child Welfare services and programs with over 25 years of dedicated experience in the sector. Since beginning her career in 1998, she has served in progressively senior roles, leading teams with a commitment to child and family well-being, service excellence, and community collaboration. Josee is known for her strategic leadership, focus on quality improvement, and passion for strengthening outcomes for children, youth, and families across Northeastern Ontario.
