Public Transportation

The Spadina streetcar is available just opposite the property, while Union Station is just a short walk away (providing GO, Via, and TTC services to connect both within the city and beyond).

Ride Share

Take a taxi or ride share service to 8 Spadina Avenue. Please note that many ride share services default to a drop-off point on Wellington Avenue, just north of the venue and a 1-2 minute walk from the entrance to the building lobby at 8 Spadina Avenue.

Driving

There is paid underground parking available at The Well. Please see parking directions and further information in the parking section below.

1. Enter through the revolving glass doors off Spadina Avenue.
2. Proceed down the hallway towards the elevators.
3. Use the digital floor selector and press the AERA button to take the elevator up to the venue.

Parking Instructions:

1. There are two entrances to the underground parking garage: one located on Front Street West (you can navigate to 484 Front Street West) and the other on Wellington Street.
2. Parking level 3 (P3) and parking level 5 (P5) are the only parking levels with elevator access to Aera.
3. Park in section P3-A or P3-F for closest access to the appropriate elevator.
4. Follow the "8 Spadina" signs towards the elevators - you will find a lit-up Aera sign guiding you in the right direction.
5. Continue down the hallway and through the white doors to reach the elevators - take the elevator to the Ground Floor (*G).
6. You'll exit the elevators into De Mello Coffee at The Well - turn right and head towards the second set of elevators.
7. At the second set of elevators, use the digital floor selector and press the AERA button to take the elevator up to the venue.

NOTE: If P3-A and P3-F are full, you can park in P5-A or P5-F. If you park on P5, first take the East Lane Elevators to P3. Proceed through the double doors and continue from Step 4 above.

Come straight from work, or get dressed up - both fit right in!

Absolutely - Aera will be serving a selection of their delicious food and beverage, so come hungry (and thirsty)!

The party starts at 6:00pm so anytime from then onwards. We'll do some brief welcome remarks around 7:00pm.

While there's no formal end time, we're hoping to dance well into the night. We'd suggest checking in with someone from the LOMA team by text or call if you're not planning to arrive before 10:00pm.
